Whether you’re coping with infidelity, financial deception, loss, or another life-shaking event, I know first-hand how devastating heartbreak can feel. Through my own journey of heartbreak, I’ve learned how deeply healing it can be to feel understood and supported.

I’m currently training in counselling skills and, while I’m not yet offering a paid or fully qualified service, I’m passionate about sharing voluntary support and guidance — informed by my own lived experience and ongoing training.
My aim is to share what I’ve learned, to help others find their way through the pain and begin to rebuild with strength and self-compassion.

Everything we do together is confidential, non-judgmental and at your pace. I’ll also share parts of my story with you as I know how much it helps to feel understood.
